04	Payment	100 % against Proforma Invoice. Payment will be accepted by RTGS/NEFT/IMPS in any of our Bank Accounts.
05	TAX	GST, extra as applicable.
06	Packing & Forwarding	As informed
07A 07B	Freight Insurance	Exclusive Exclusive
08	Price Variation	Firm, but differ with quality i.e. Standard, Premium, tailor-made
09	Price Revision	The Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
10	AZS-Warranty	AZS Brand Seal Kits, sold by A2Z SEALS, Kolkata. A2Z SEALS must be notified in writing by the end user of any warranty claim. A2Z SEALS reserves the right to examine each item that is subject to a claim under warranty. A2Z SEALS-Brand Products are subject to claim under this warranty, and must not be removed from the Cylinder / Assembly or returned to us until AZS accepts with respect to the specific matter. AZS does not warranty any of its Products that have been altered from the Original specification, misused, or damaged by accident or negligence. Liability for consequential loss or damage is neither accepted nor implied. AZS is not responsible for any other claim in a loss arising out of the failure of any Parts, direct or indirect economic, moral, or any special & consequential damage.
11	Fitment Guarantee	All the Sealing Products covered in the said Price List are under AZS-Fitment Guarantee for free from any defect in workmanship, improper fitment or manufacturing defect & the same will be replaced against correctly installed as well as operated under normal condition in Proper service maintained machine as per OEM PART No.
12	Anti-defamation Policy	All Equipment Manufacturer’s Name, Company Names, Part No., Description, Model No./ Pictures AND/OR WHATSOEVER are used for reference purposes only. We do not imply that any part shown is the product of these manufacturers. We also do not imply that the Price shown is exactly that of the manufacturer. Discount will be provided to all as per set norms accepted by the buyers.
13	Warning / Caution	This Price List & other information from A2Z SEALS, its Branches & authorised Dealer / Sub-Dealer, provides Product and/or System options for further checking by Users having technical expertise.
